Agreement

These terms govern your use of Lucenos, an affiliate link and earnings service run by [Company legal name]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Lucenos.

Invite-only access

Accounts are created by invitation. We decide who gets an invitation and may withdraw access if these terms are broken. To apply, email apply@lucenos.io.

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including your API key.

The service

Lucenos turns product links from supported stores into Lucenos links, tracks clicks and orders, and pays you the commissions earned from them, including any boost we add. Stores, rates and features can change. [Commission, boost and payout terms]

Commissions are set and confirmed by the retailers. An order can be cancelled or returned, and its commission can then be reduced or removed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• mislead people about what a link is, or hide that you earn from it;
• generate clicks or orders by automation, incentives or other artificial means;
• break the terms of a retailer or affiliate network we work with;
• attack, probe or overload the service, or share your API key;
• use the service for anything illegal.

You must follow the disclosure rules that apply where you publish, such as telling your audience that links are affiliate links.

Payouts and taxes

Approved commissions are added to your balance. You can withdraw according to your payout settings, subject to a minimum amount and to the retailer’s confirmation period. [Minimums, schedule and fees]

You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax forms before paying you and may withhold where the law requires it.

Liability

We provide Lucenos as is and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, or for commissions a retailer refuses to pay. [Liability cap and carve-outs]

Ending your account

You can stop using Lucenos at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Earned commissions that are confirmed and not in dispute are still paid out after closure. [Terms for unpaid balances]

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email account holders; continuing to use Lucenos after that means you accept it.
